Refund
Policy

Effective date: April 2026 Version: 1.0 Payment platform: Whop Governing law: Republic of Poland / EU
Summary. You have 14 calendar days from your initial payment to request a full refund — no questions asked. This entitlement applies once per account, on the first payment only. Renewal and resubscription payments are not eligible. Refunds are issued by the Operator via Whop, the payment platform used by Algetris. For refund requests: contact@algetris.com.

1. Voluntary 14-Day Refund Window

The Operator offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on the first-ever payment on a new account. If the Service does not meet your expectations, submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of your initial payment date and the Operator will arrange a full refund with no further enquiry.

To request a refund, email contact@algetris.com from the address associated with your subscription. Refunds are issued by the Operator via Whop and typically appear within 5–10 business days; processing times may be longer in exceptional circumstances outside the Operator's or Whop's reasonable control.

No pro-rata refunds for partial periods. Outside of the 14-day voluntary window and the force majeure exception described in the Terms of Service (Section 15), no credits or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

2. EU/EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (implemented in Poland as the Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from contracts for digital services. The following applies to all purchases:

(a) Consent to immediate performance. By completing the purchase and ticking the corresponding consent checkbox at checkout, you expressly request that the Operator begin performing the contract — delivering access to the Algetris indicator — immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period.

(b) Acknowledgment of waiver. You separately acknowledge and confirm that, once delivery of the digital content has commenced with your prior consent, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Both consents are confirmed expressly at checkout before payment is processed.

The Operator's voluntary 14-day refund described in Section 1 operates independently of and in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you hold under Polish or EU law that cannot be waived by contract.

For EU/EEA residents. If you believe your statutory rights have not been honoured, you may also submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

3. Once Per Account

The 14-day voluntary refund is available once per account (defined by email address), on the very first payment ever processed on that account. The entitlement does not reset upon cancellation and resubscription, and does not carry over to any subsequent billing period.

A refund request is not eligible if any of the following conditions apply:

4. What Is Not Eligible

5. Effect of Refund

Upon approval of a refund, the subscription is cancelled immediately. Access to the Algetris indicator on TradingView and all associated Configuration Examples is revoked without delay. The 14-day refund entitlement for the account is considered used and is not reinstated under any circumstances, including if you create a new subscription at a later date.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Payments are facilitated via Whop.com, the platform used by Algetris. Any payment dispute, including chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer, is resolved in accordance with applicable payment provider procedures and card network rules.

If you have a concern about a charge, contact the Operator directly at contact@algetris.com as the fastest path to resolution.

Chargeback and dispute abuse. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute automatically disqualifies the account from any voluntary refund under Section 1 and may result in immediate and permanent suspension of access to the Service. This applies regardless of whether the chargeback is upheld or reversed.

Filing a chargeback fraudulently — for example, claiming non-delivery of a service that was demonstrably delivered, or after having already received a voluntary refund — constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service. In such cases the Operator reserves the right to permanently ban the associated account (email address and TradingView username) from any future subscription and to pursue available legal remedies.

7. Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to the Service is retained until that date. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund unless the conditions in Sections 1 and 4 are met.
